Starting Ethers at the age of 21, they brought a fresh perspective to an industry where digital platforms, customer behaviour, and market trends were changing rapidly. While many restaurants offered exceptional food and experiences, they often lacked the strategic support needed to grow consistently and compete effectively in an increasingly digital marketplace.
